At FVS, we offer students a challenging, diverse and creative learning environment with access to technology and state of the art school resources.
Tuition fees alone do not fund extra resources for our students. For this, we rely on our community to support our fundraising and donation initiatives, allowing us to provide the depth and breadth of learning experiences we desire and expect for our students.
Parent involvement is fundamental to our success and we appreciate all the hard work, donations and contributions of our families.
Our volunteer fundraising team at FVS has a busy calendar of fundraising events and programs, all with the goal of building community and raising funds for the school.
Every spring our families, friends, and businesses come together at the annual Not So Silent Auction to enjoy a night filled with good food, music, entertainment, great company – and lots of laughs. The success of this event is evidence of our strong community, united by a common goal – our children.
To get involved in our Fundraising or volunteering groups, you must fill out a criminal record check from the British Columbia Criminal Record Review Program, and a school contract. Both of these forms must be collected and presented in-person at reception with one of our Administrators.
